A constructive and informative session with creative problem solving to get you on the path to project success. Scope may include: design sketches, property pre-purchase due diligence, alterations and additions advice, detailed review of design by others, or construction and budget advice.

PRE-DESIGNED

We have a large catalogue of home designs optimised for various lot size, solar orientation, and budgets. Available plans include holiday cabins, ancillary dwellings, small family homes, and dual occupancy dwellings. Customisation, design only and full construction options are available.

PRE-DESIGN CONCEPT

Prior to full design services we do a detailed investigation of your brief, budget, and site to start mapping out a viable vision for your project. We will meet at least twice to workshop the design opportunities. Schematic ideas are presented as digital 3d models and diagrammatic floorplans. These are suitable for high level budget costing, and may form the basis of your completed home design by Leanhaus or others. This stage is a pre-requisite for further design services.

LEAN DESIGN SERVICE

For clients looking for the more streamlined approach to achieving a high performance Leanhaus. Benefit from our well tested construction and procurement methods for a faster, more efficient design and project delivery.
Suitable for projects with value under $1m on level sites with the potential for ‘deemed to comply’ design solutions. Full or partial services available.
