We're continuing to expand our practice into South West WA. Leanhaus works with clients and builders across Margaret River, Dunsborough, Busselton, Yallingup and Cowaramup, Witchcliffe (and further afield in Albany, Denmark and the Great Southern) to deliver homes that are comfortable, healthy and efficient to run. Coastal and bushfire exposure. Sites around Margaret River, Dunsborough and Denmark often carry high BAL ratings and salt-laden coastal winds. Airtight, thermal-bridge-free construction isn't just a comfort upgrade here it's what keeps a home resilient, low-maintenance and free of the mould and moisture issues coastal properties are prone to.
A cooler, wetter climate than Perth. Albany and Denmark in particular see more heating days and higher rainfall than the metro. A well-insulated, airtight home with heat recovery ventilation can cut heating costs dramatically compared to a standard build without relying on oversized heating systems to compensate for a leaky envelope.
